She has represented clients before USCIS, EOIR, and the Federal District Court. Brittney Rezaei possesses an in-depth understanding of immigration law and stays abreast of the ever-changing legal landscape. With a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their immigration goals, Brittney Rezaei is committed to providing the highest level of professional service and personalized care to every client.

Prior to founding the Law Office of Brittney Rezaei, she spent her legal career in the nonprofit sector leading a team providing civil rights and immigration legal services. She has successfully represented clients seeking family and humanitarian-based immigration benefits from all over the world. She knows first hand how complicated and stressful the immigration process is and seeks to be a supportive partner to her clients navigating this process.
